Your information. Clearly explained.
This notice covers programme applications, website preferences and communications about your application.
Updated 4 October 2026Who is responsible
SCIPIO & PARTNERS SL, Calle Ruzafa 50, 1º, 46006 València, Spain, is responsible for your personal information.
For questions or rights requests, email data.protection@scipiopartner.com.
Your application
We collect your name, email, selected programme, professional background and the organisation and timing details you provide. Learning goals and motivation are optional.
We use this information to assess programme fit, discuss a suitable intake and respond to your application.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible training agreement. Submitting an application does not create a purchase or reserve a place.
Your contact and background details help us assess and respond to your application. Do not include confidential client material, passwords, health information or personal details about other people.
How you found us
We ask how you discovered the Academy to understand which channels help people find our programmes. The form requires a selection, but you can choose “I don’t remember” or “Prefer not to say”.
We use this answer for channel reporting, based on our legitimate interest in improving how we reach prospective learners. It does not affect admission, create a marketing subscription or send your answers to the named platform.
You can object to this use by contacting our privacy team. The answer follows the same retention and access controls as your application.
Communications and decisions
We send an application receipt and relevant application updates. Applying does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated marketing.
People review applications. We do not use AI or automated decision-making to decide admission.
Who can access your information
Authorised Academy staff can review applications and export records when needed for application handling.
Internal email alerts link to the restricted staff portal. They do not include your learning goals or other application answers.
Microsoft Azure provides hosting, storage and transactional email services. Company communications may also use Microsoft 365.
Service providers process information under applicable data-processing agreements. Where processing involves transfers outside the EEA, applicable safeguards include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
You can request information about those safeguards using the privacy contact above. We do not sell applicant data.
How long we keep it
Application records are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion or withdraw your application.
Protected backup versions expire within 30 days after deletion. If you later enrol, a separate notice will explain the records needed for that service.
Limited security logs are retained for up to 30 days. Required records may be kept longer where a specific legal obligation applies.
Website security and preferences
We process limited technical information to prevent abuse and operate the website, based on our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable service.
No advertising trackers, third-party analytics or session recording are enabled. Application answers and practice responses are not sent to an AI provider.
Public practice responses remain in the current page. The browser storage notice explains layout preferences.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Where applicable, you may object to processing or request portability.
Write to data.protection@scipiopartner.com with your application reference, if available. We may need proportionate identity verification.
You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
Company enquiries
Our help pages link to the company contact form. That separate service explains its information handling in the company website’s privacy notice.
